At Farewell Cocoons, each piece is handcrafted individually with care and attention. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will gladly accept a return or offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our Facebook page with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for a photo of the defect to help us improve our process.

Once a return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by Farewell Cocoons.

Because our cocoons are handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have any questions about sizing, materials, or suitability — we're always happy to help guide you to the right choice.

For exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Where possible, we will work with you to find the best solution.
